"Estoy emocionado de volver a competir en España. Siempre son carreras especiales en tu país de origen y tengo buenos recuerdos aquí en Barcelona. Es un circuito que todos los pilotos conocemos bien, ya que normalmente hacemos nuestro test de pretemporada aquí, además de competir en el Gran Premio durante la temporada. Es un circuito desafiante con muchas curvas de alta velocidad. La carrera también es consecutiva con Portugal, por lo que es bueno mantener el impulso. Tradicionalmente, es un circuito bastante difícil para adelantar, por lo que la clasificación será muy importante. Veremos dónde estamos durante el fin de semana y apuntaremos a un fin de semana positivo con algunos puntos más".
"En general, fue un buen fin de semana para nosotros [Portugal]. El coche se comportó mejor que en las dos rondas anteriores, y me sentí cómodo desde el viernes en adelante. Desafortunadamente, la clasificación no salió como estaba previsto para mí, pero lo compensamos con una carrera fuerte y disfruté luchando entre los diez primeros con nuestros rivales. Si hubiéramos comenzado más alto en la parrilla, podríamos haber anotado aún más puntos el domingo. Queremos llevar esta forma a España".
"Es una verdadera lástima correr aquí sin aficionados en las tribunas. La Fórmula 1 con aficionados es muy especial, pero más aún cuando son los aficionados de casa. Recuerdo lo solidarios y apasionados que han sido los aficionados españoles en el pasado, así que nos perderemos esto durante el fin de semana. Corres para sentir la emoción del apoyo de fanáticos. Esperamos que los fanáticos puedan regresar a las carreras pronto, pero mientras tanto, podemos ofrecer un buen espectáculo para que lo vean en casa ".

"I am excited to be back racing in Spain. It’s always special racing in your home country and I have good memories here in Barcelona. It’s a circuit all of us drivers know well, as we normally do our pre-season test here as well as racing the Grand Prix during the season. It’s a challenging circuit with a lot of high speed corners. The race is also back to back with Portugal, so it’s nice to keep the momentum going. It’s traditionally quite a difficult circuit to overtake on, so qualifying will be very important. We’ll see where we are during the weekend and target a positive weekend with some more points on the board."
"Overall, it was a good weekend for us [Portugal]. The car performed better than in the previous two rounds, and I felt comfortable from Friday onwards. Unfortunately qualifying didn’t go as planned for me, but we made up for it with a very strong race and I enjoyed fighting inside the top ten with our rivals. Had we started higher on the grid; we could have scored even more points on Sunday. We want to carry this form into Spain."
"It’s a real shame to be racing here with no fans in the grandstands. Formula 1 with fans is very special, but even more so when it’s your home fans. I remember how supportive and passionate the Spanish fans have been in the past, so we will miss this over the weekend. You race to feel the emotion from the support of your fans. Hopefully the fans can return to races soon but in the meantime, we can put on a good show for them watching at home."
